Purchasing Process

Our Troppers are most important to us and each order is treated as if it's the only order to be processed!

New Orders: When your order is placed, you shall receive an email immediately after purchase. A copy of that email which includes your mailing address, contact number and the details of your order is also sent to the Designer or Store owner. A third copy is received by our Admin team for processing.

Please note:

We reserve the right to hold, refuse or cancel an order. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the following (including but not limited to):

  • One or more items ordered are unavailable from stock.
  • Inability to obtain credit card authorisation of payment.
  • Errors or discrepancies within the product information, including price or promotion, coupon use. 
  • Any suspected fraudulent activity.
