Exchanges and Returns
Here's hoping this section never applies! Nevertheless, should it ever, we'd like to make the process as easy as possible for you!
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, it must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of shipped orders in a saleable condition. This applies to select categories of items. Items can be returned for store credit only. The credit shall only apply to the specific store from which your original item was purchased. We do not issue cash refunds.
The following criteria must be met for a returned item to be considered 'saleable':
- All tags attached
- Original packaging
We retain the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the above criteria of our Exchanges & Returns policy, at our discretion.
Once we have received your package and approved the return, a store credit will be applied within 5-7 business days, in your favour. You will be notified via the email address provided by you at the point of original purchase. Your credit coupon can be used to make a new purchase until the total value specified is exhausted or the coupon life expires.
- We do not accept returns on jewellery items or sale items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Shipping of returns is billed to the returnee.
The cost of return shipping, local customs and duties are your responsibility.
